I decided I might as well post (some of) the drawings in my sketchbook. It's just a bunch of Harry Potter stuff, mostly.

I've just realized that I mostly use fanart to laugh at the characters I dislike. Oh well. I guess this deserves a warning, though: If you're especially sensitive when it comes your favourite character, and if this character happens to be named Nymphadora, Ginevra or Mollywobbles, look at your own risk! Also, don't take my drawings too seriously. XD

Well, here’s a fic I wrote… It’s Remus/Sirius, no surprises there! Hope you enjoy…

Finally DONE! I had so much trouble with this damn thing, but I'm actually quite pleased with the end result! Once again, I'm indecisive, so I posted two versions. The first one's the original (pencil), and the second one has a background made on the computer (which I can't take any credit for, unfortunately - all the credit goes to matt_writer, who has this special high-tech program and who knows how to use it better than I ever could! Merci encore!)

Anyway, the drawing takes place some time after Sirius's death. An upset (possibly drunk, depending on whether or not he's "dating" Tonks yet) Remus goes to visit the Veil.

Well, I was finished this drawing a while ago, but I never got around to posting it. It's supposed to be a portrait of Remus. It doesn't look exactly how I picture him, but whatever. (I don't know, sometimes I think it looks like him and sometimes, I don't. matt_writer thought it looked like either James or Sirius - not a good sign!! Oh well...) Anyway, it's just a pencil drawing, nothing too complicated. Here it is:

So. I guess I'm finally posting on Livejournal. Feels strange, but hopefully this will be fun!

I guess I really wanted a LJ so that 1) I didn't have to post as "Anonymous" all the time (which always made me feel a bit like a stalker) and that 2) I would have some place to post random drawings/stories and hopefully get some comments/feedback. Or even just a "hello."

Anyway, a bit about me:

I'm from Canada and, although I generally like my country, it makes me sad that "eh" seems to be our only "culture." I like writing, drawing and discussing books/the rare movie/other random things that interest me. I'll probably mostly post drawings on here, since I usually write in French and I'm not sure how many people here would be interested in stuff that's written in French.

Anyway, I was kind of waiting for something to "offer" before posting and, since I've just finished a drawing that I've been working on for a bit, I thought I'd post it. It's based on the book "Havemercy," by Jaida Jones and Danielle Bennett. The drawing is supposed to be of Rook flying on Havemercy. I included the original pencil drawing as well the coloured version (which is coloured in pencil crayon, with a background coloured in GIMP).
